Amy Lilly, APD
Amy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), nutritionist and food lover. She completed a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences with Distinction from Deakin University in Melbourne.
Rebecca supports clients to achieve people to achieve their personal health goals and develop healthy relationships with food where they can eat with ease.
Amy is passionate about working closely with clients experiencing digestive health concerns such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), coeliac disease and general discomfort, to help them find relief on their gut health journeys. She uses an individualised approach with each client, ensuring all advice is realistic and manageable for each individual and their lifestyle.
She has completed both the FODMAP Institute ‘IBS Management: The Low FODMAP Diet’ course and Monash University ‘Low FODMAP Diet for IBS’ online training course for health professionals and frequently uses the principles of these courses with her clients. She has also presented on the topics of coeliac disease and non-FODMAP IBS triggers with Free From + Allergy.
In addition to gut health, Amy also has a strong interest in supporting clients with prevention and management of chronic diseases (including pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease) and general healthy eating. She uses a non-diet approach in her practice, assisting clients to achieve their health and nutrition goals without engaging in fad diets or focusing on weight as a sole measure of progress or success. Her priority with all clients is helping them to achieve and maintain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
Outside of consulting, Amy enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, going for bike rides and long walks and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ijmeet Maan, APD
Ijmeet is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist.
Rebecca supports clients to achieve people to achieve their personal health goals and develop healthy relationships with food where they can eat with ease.
Ijmeet graduated from Deakin University with a Masters of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Food Studies and Nutrition.
She is a FODMAP trained dietitian, having completed both the FODMAP Institute ‘IBS Management: The Low FODMAP Diet’ course and Monash University ‘Low FODMAP Diet for IBS’ online training course for health professionals.
Ijmeet is passionate about helping and supporting people with gut health issues to identify which foods and habits are causing trouble and provide personalised support. In addition to gut health Ijmeet is also passionate about general healthy eating and chronic diseases (such as diabetes and renal disease).
Ijmeet is also part of the dietitian team and Social Media Executive at FODMAP Friendly and has a profound knowledge of low FODMAP certified food products in Australia and globally.
Outside of the office, Ijmeet enjoys reading, keeping active with walks, gym and yoga and, spending quality time with her family and friends.
Claire Burum, APD
Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).
Rebecca supports clients to achieve people to achieve their personal health goals and develop healthy relationships with food where they can eat with ease.
Since graduating from a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (with Honours) from Monash University, she has gained years of experience in a wide variety of settings including clinical and private practise. Claire has worked for many major public and private hospitals as a specialist gastroenterology dietitian, working closely with consultant doctors and caring for both complex inpatients and outpatients.
Claire’s areas of interest include inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), functional gut disorders including irritable bowel syndrome and gastroparesis, food intolerance and allergy including low food chemical diets and eosinophilic oesophagitis, coeliac disease, liver disease as well as surgery and enteral nutrition. She is certified to educate on The Low FODMAP diet having completed training from both Monash University and FODMAP Institute.
Claire is passionate about translating evidenced-based nutrition science into practical advice. She strives to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment for her clients and utilises individual, client-centred counselling skills to help clients achieve their goals. She works closely with her clients to create positive, lasting relationships with food as well as empower those to make balanced, sustainable food and lifestyle changes long term.
When not working, Claire enjoys spending time with her friends and family, walking her dogs, doing pilates and going to the beach.
