We work with adult and teenage clients one-on-one using individualised dietary strategies to help people improve nutrition. We have a focus on digestive conditions and help clients to control gut symptoms, feel well and healthy.

Digestive conditions

We have a strong focus on helping people find relief from digestive conditions including IBS, coeliac disease, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, Crohn's disease, colitis, diverticulitis, reflux and more.

Food intolerance

Food intolerances are different to food allergies. They often occur due to issues in the gut such as IBS and can present symptoms from stomach pains, bloating and altered bowel habits to skin reactions, headaches, sinus congestion and extreme fatigue. We have expertise in identifying intolerances to FODMAP sugars (fructose, lactose, sorbitol, mannitol, oligosaccharides), food chemicals (amines, salicylates, glutamates), food additives, dairy, wheat and soy.

Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health

Diet is a major factor that influences heart health. What you eat and drink impacts several cardiovascular disease risk factors including blood pressure and cholesterol. A nutritious diet can protect your heart and prevent you from developing heart disease.

Women’s Health

Women aren’t just small men, they have their own unique bodily system which changes regularly. A woman’s dietary and lifestyle needs change regularly too- and these needs are individual to all women. Conditions that affect women’s health such as PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhoea and menopause can all be influenced and improved with nutrition therapy.

Emotional Eating

It's common to turn to food as a response to emotions, and it can in fact be related to positive emotions. However, using food to cope may hinder your relationship with food and interfere with maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. Mindful and intuitive eating are skills to help you pause and consciously consider food choices that best nourish your body.
